level business-side stakeholders.*



7-10+ years of experience serving in Project Manager capacity

·      Understanding of Risk Management and risk mitigation strategies

·      Strong negotiating and conflict resolution skills

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all layers
of management

·      Strong problem solving skills including problem definition,
alternatives identification and analysis, and decision making

Has expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept
through implementation and maintenance.

-Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed
planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or
large projects

-Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses
versus planned expenses, schedules role sand resources, evaluates risks and
recommends contingency plans Manages the development of the technical
strategy

-Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of
issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change
control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
Able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions

   - 7 - 10+ years (continuous preferred) experience serving
   in Project Manager capacity
   - Financial Services Business-side (e.g., Banking, Cash, Asset
   Servicing, Wealth Management, Securities, Investments, Accounting) PM
   experience a MUST
   - Has expertise in managing all phases of systems development from
   concept through implementation and enhancements / maintenance
   - Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the
   detailed planning, and managingproject execution and completion of moderate
   or large projects
   - Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred
   expenses versus planned expenses, schedules roles and resources, evaluates
   risks and recommends contingency plans
   - Understanding of and experience in Risk Management and risk mitigation
   strategies
   - Strong negotiating and conflict resolution skills

   - Hands-on experience creating / maintaining MS Project plans

   - Experience working with Business Partners that are not located in the
   US
   - Experience with SDLC, as well as a blend of Waterfall / Agile
   methodologies
   - Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the
   detailed planning, and managingproject execution and completion of moderate
   or large projects.
   - Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred
   expenses versus planned expenses, schedules roles and resources, evaluates
   risks and recommends contingency plans

   within the organization

   - Ability to develop, create and deliver presentations to all levels
   within the organization
   - High level analytical and problem solving skills
   - Proven ability to meet deadlines
   - Ability to complete projects in a timely manner with little
   supervision or direction
   - Ability to influence others without direct lines of authority
   - Forward thinking to identify potential issues and/or risks to resolve
   or minimize in advance
   - Ability to handle multiple projects at one time; Exceptional
   organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt
   to change
   - Collaborative working style and ability to develop / sustain
   productive work relationships with key stakeholders across all areas and
   levels of the organization
   - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
   - Experience forecasting financial actuals vs. current against budget,
   etc.
   - Manage and coordinate vendors and teams
   - College degree preferred
