QE Manager to manage Quality function for multiple Agile Scrum Team

10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance preferably with US healthcare
domain

5+ years of leading and or managing a team of test engineers (front
end/Back end & Manual/Automation)

5+ years’ experience with Agile Software Quality processes and Tools

Ability to understand complex distributed system/application concepts to
drive the adoption of new technology and trends

Leadership skills of high performing teams delivering high quality
applications

Experience working with distributed cross functional and cross organization
teams

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal with multiple
priorities

Excellent verbal and written communications

Experience in Web UI automated testing

Experience in backend testing (such as: APIs, databases…)

Hands on automated testing (such as: Selenium, Cypress.io, WebDriverIO,
Playwright, Node.js…)

Experience working with CI/CD process
