Keep the Cell activated in Cell A1.
Click Conditional Formatting from Format Menu
Select Cell Value Is Select Equal To Enter 0.33 without
double quotes
Click on Format button Goto Patterns tab and Select Grey color
Click OK
Now, You are done This solution is available with Excel

As far as I know, this sort of formatting is only available in XL2007.
