Good try, but no what I simply need is an some kind of event mechanism to make things as idiot proof for the operator using this. In cell K1 - The operator has the option of entering either A, D Or P. A = ALL records D = Only records where cell E6 onwards 113000 AND ALL BLANK RECORDS

Actually, while trying something similar (just a filter) I actually need In cell K1 - The operator has the option of entering either A, D Or P. A = ALL records D = Only records where cell E6 onwards 113000 AND ALL BLANK RECORDS FOLLOWING P = Only records where cell E6 onwards
