The Error you are getting is just because the defined array is not Correct
in INDEX,Let me Explain it to you Why !!
Indirect Syntax is =INDEX(Array,Rownum,Column)
For example you want to go two rows down and 2 columns wide then formula
would be = index(A1:D10,2rows down,3columns
