Ok, i got that now..
So you are finding min diff between Invoices & multiple payment received &
allocating in a way which yields you min difference.!!

You can use the data once & once only.
You have done it, but i have to juggle the targets around.
The best way is to run macro twice only then in column C of Table to place
what is data is left behind.
When data loads onto column A of table, then remove that data from Column A
of excel(not table
ok,
what is data to be used then?
is it same for each target or different..?

NB: you used 96850 twice yet in my data appears only one, 193600 appears
nowhere in your table but i have it in my data.

Sequence of events: first i pasted all my actual data on column A ,then i
set it aside whatever has been utilised, then run the macro on remaining
(remove blanks) , place aside the other data, whatever is left i then,
place it final part of table(or array?)
the macro is run twice but can as well
hey..
Let me tell you how this code works..
Put data set which you want to use for finding min diff. in col A. You can
use duplicate number if your data set have duplicate then there is no issue.
Cheers!!
