You can simply deduct the times - like (in F2): =E2-D2 You can then set the format of the result to as "[hh]:mm" - without quotes and drag / copy as required. PS: Have a look at your values showing as "0:00" - some of them might need to be changed to 12 PM so as to give correct results. HTH
