·         We are looking for a solid, very experienced Scrum Master who can
work with different squads and senior agile coaches

·         Must have a *solid grasp and actual experience with the* *Agile
practices, knowledge of Kanban*

·         Must have deep understanding and extensive experience with
regarding *release and sprint planning*

·         Candidate must be Agile savvy and have a good handle on latest
Agile tools, Practices and Concepts

·         Must have strong knowledge of Agile engineering practices such as
Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development, and
Pair Programming

·         Must have strong experience in *Jira*

·         Must have the ability to work with large / distributed teams

·         Must have strong communication, presentation, and facilitation
skills

·         Experience training teams and large groups is a plus

·         Requires proven experience in change management, status
reporting, and issue/risk management

·         Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented
environment

·         Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. Possesses the ability to
elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper
management, clients, and other departments. Must have strong *experience
managing and resolving conflicts*

·         Should have SAFe knowledge or experience. *Must reflect in
resume.*
