Noticed that the time mentioned for "seconds" part is differentiated by a
decimal while it should be a colon (like it is done for the hours-minutes
part) so as to enable excel to read it as "time". Once you correct that,
you can simply deduct the down time from up time to get the difference and
set
Assuming that your values are stored in column A from cell 1 to 50, you
could use this formula in cell B1 and drag it down -
=RANK(A1,$A$1:$A$50)

Was precisely the error: problem with the file name. * xls.
To work well, every day change the name, for example: 31/08/2014 and rename
to (T3108.xls).
Then do the test with your file. If you have any problems, please send me
an example of your file (Tddmm.xls).

Dear Basole,
Please ignore my earlier mail,
I removed the slash in between dd/mm from the below statement from your

fileXLS = "T" & Replace(Format(Date, "dd/mm"), "/", "") & ".xls" like
below,
fileXLS = "T" & Replace(Format(Date, "ddmm"), "/", "") & ".xls" and example

Thanks for the attachements,
