Sums B2-B6, if A2-A6 is 7/2/2009
and if B2-B6 is 8.

I solved the problem my self, like this:
Txt1 = Txtbox1.Value
Txt2 = Txtbox2.Value
Txt3 = CDec(Txt1) + CDec(Txt2)
TxtTotal.Text = Format(Txt3, ###0.00)
It works like a charm.
