Respected All Thanks a lot High light Raw works properly But still
Second option do not work

Enclosed file for details 1] In Cell - D 15 not work according to my
question If I make any changes in any cell ex -- If I make the change
any other raw Then all the details pertaining -- respectively raw change
in D 15 at present it comes only I change raw 9 To be more precise if I
make the changes in raw 8 then what ever is in D8 should come in D 15 If
make the changes in raw 6 then what ever is in D6 should come in D 15 I
want that if I make any changes in any raw then last updated raw details then
it should automatically updates all details of that raw & show it on Cell
D15 Thanks in advance

Dear Ashok,

I don't think there is any easiest way to calculate this with excel
formula's.

You can do with run a macro or better if you make a slab chart on the right
side or other sheet to calculate the same. This will be easy if you have to
change slab criteria in future.

 per Targets Achieved

 Hello All,

We have a group of employees having various Grades and Position.

 1) A fixed target of sales to be achieved every month as shown in
 Col D (Target).

 2) Each level has different Target Criteria as shown in Col C5.

 3) Commission Criteria is shown in F3:K3

 4) Achievement Criteria is shown in F2:K2

 5) Target achieved by each is shown in Col E5 downwards.

Can anyone please provide a formula which will calculate the commission
according to the Target achieved against each employee? If they achieve
75-79% they get 50% of target achieved, 80-85% then 60% and so on so forth.

I require the formula in F5:K5 (red color cells) to drag it down and
across to get the desired figures.

 Thanks

 Rashid Khan

Assign sheet names while defining a range to be copied. means you should use
Sheet(Name).range(A1:A100) instead of Only Range and send me the snapshot

THANK YOU Once again !!!

After few changes I’m able to run this Macro.

For learners info:

First, Make sure that “Adobe Reader File Preview Type Library” selected in
References option in Tools menu.

Second, in Adobe Reader = View = Page Display = select “Enable Scrolling”,
so that this macro can copy all pages data.
