Your Job Perform tasks related to inventory and equipment management: Unpack and store new parts as they arrive onsite Record inventory quantities and create the template for tracking inventory/equipment that is taken for test lab use Coordinate with test lab technicians, engineers, and managers to determine what inventory and equipment needs to be ordered to maintain test deliverables Update inventory management system (currently using JIRA) when equipment is checked out for lab use Apply labels and asset tags for equipment/inventory for tracking and validating proper equipment placement and usage Create orders and procure one-time-use equipment such as cables, antenna, connector pins, USB cables, cameras, speakers, etc Perform tasks related to maintenance/assembly of test equipment: Bring together parts to create full bench environments for test engineers and technicians to complete bench tests Coordinate inventory library, check-in, and check-out system and deploy a tool-crib style environment for the test labs Create templates for KPIs, standard work, and work processes for tool use and equipment management Perform assembly of equipment and tools as needed Perform tasks related to coordination of test events: Identify and secure a suitable space for test events (lab, conference rooms, external facilities, etc)Ensure meal options are available to diverse groups from multiple backgrounds (vegetarian options, vegan options, gluten-free options, etc)Order and coordinate with vendors to provide refreshments for test events (breakfast, coffee, beverages, lunch, snacks, etc)Ensure proper technology is available for test events (A/V Equipment, projectors, wi-fi, GPS, XM Radio, etc)Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, directions, and badging with security/external vendors as needed Your Knowledge & Skills High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is mandatory, however a degree from an accredited institution (Associates, Bachelors, etc) or trade certification is highly desired Three or more years of relevant professional experience with inventory management, test lab coordination, administrative, etcHigh proficiency with MS Office - especially MS Excel - along with familiarity with JIRA or a similar asset management system is requiredStrong communication skills - written and verbal - to coordinate with onsite test technicians, engineers, management and key project stakeholders is required Experience with Automotive Test Equipment, Aerospace/Avionics Test Equipment, or Medical Devices Test Equipment is highly desiredStrong technical knowledge of vehicles is highly desired - especially as related to infotainment, telematics, head units, onboard entertainment systems, cabin amenities, etcStrong preference given to individuals who are fluently bilingual in Japanese and English - though it is not a requirement for the role Thanks & Regards Prabhdeep Singh Call: 816.399.4677 Email: psi...@agelixconsulting.com<mailto:psi...@agelixconsulting.com> Skype: pmrage...@outlook.com Agelix Consulting LLC 8595 College Blvd #135, Overland Park, KS, United States 66210 i...@agelixconsulting.com<mailto:i...@agelixconsulting.com> [Logo of Agelix Consulting] NOTICE: This electronic mail message and any attached files are confidential.
