Dear Experts I want to calculate gratuity for employees. I want to know difference between date of joining & date of leaving in no of years completed, no of months completed & no of days (in exact terms) for eg DOJ:- 01/09/2012 & DOL :-31/03/16 (then result should be shown as Years-3 Months-6
