*Interview : Phone and f2f* *Duration : 12+months* *Must have experience with testing Healthcare claims.* *PROJECT SUMMARY:* Under the direction of the QA Team Lead, the QA Tester’s primary responsibility will be to prepare test plans, test data, and systems documentation in order to validate changes made to EIMESM and other applications as needed. The QA Tester will participate in all phases of SDLC, including but not limited to reviewing requirements and design documents, generating test plans and test scenarios, and identifying, tracking and resolving defects. The QA Tester is responsible for the proper execution of the test plans and test cases to ensure all testing objectives are met. In addition, the Quality Assurance Tester will ensure that EOTSS IT standards are met. This position is located in North Quincy, Massachusetts. *Responsibilities:* · Review business requirements, technical and functional system specifications for application projects to ensure full understanding of deliverables and objectives. · Develop quality assurance test plans to ensure deliverables meet functional specifications and requirements and meet business expectations. · Develop, document and maintain functional & regression test cases, test data and other standard testing artifacts. · Execute planned test cases per release; report on testing progress and provide daily test metrics. · Develop and execute test plans for related applications and systems including Sybase Claims Translator. · Support regression testing for interface applications, middleware, and software/hardware updates/migrations; support testing of anProduction data scripts. · Provide feedback and recommendations to project teams on software usability and functionality · Identify, reproduce and document defects in defect tracking system; validate defect fixes. · Participate in team meetings; resolve action items in a timely manner. · Perform other tasks generally associated with the quality assurance function. *Qualifications:* · 4-5 years of experience completing software/system testing. · Knowledge of software development life cycle concepts. · *Experience testing Healthcare/Claims and /or Web based applications* · Experience authoring test cases and test procedures from technical specifications, requirements documents and use cases. · Self-motivated; completes tasks with minimal supervision · Team oriented and collaborative · Excellent written and verbal skills · Knowledge *of SQL and Databases; Knowledge of RQM Tools* · Programming languages is a plus · Experience with reporting defects and preparation of test reports. · Good Knowledge in a formal testing methodology. *Regards , * *Akshita | ** KPG99,INC <http://www.kpg99.com/>* *3240 E State, St Ext | Hamilton, NJ 08619 609-681-2602 || aksh...@kpgtech.com <aksh...@kpgtech.com> * -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
