Right now we have 2 Exchange 5.5 servers and 2 Exchange 2000 servers.
All of the public folders, contacts, mailboxes and connectors have been
migrated to the new Exchange 2000 servers. The only step left is to
decommission the 2 5.5 servers.
I found this article at Microsoft, but I'm unsure If
We currently have Trend Scanmail 6.0 installed on our Exchange 2000 server, but this
software doesn't scan the drives. Is there really a need for client antirus software?
I'm concerned about having 2 antivirus programs running together on the same box.
Performance is a concern as well. Any
I'm looking for something like this to add to our FAQ.

This seems to be an issue with front-end servers because when I connect to
the back-end Exchange box I don't have this problem.
No errors in event logs... Any ideas?
Any 'gotcha's' that I should be aware of before I turn this on? Should this

OWA users remotely logon to a Front-end Exchange 2k server. If you logon to

Unable to enumerate files and directories because the following error

2k, but I'm having trouble with one mailbox(mine).
For some reason its listed as being homed on the new 2k box, but in reality
its still stored on the old 5.5 server. I've never moved this mailbox so
I'm not sure why it
Shouldn't these permissions remain after a mailbox move? If not, where do I

Thanks,
