I'm having a bear of a time tracking this one down. The page works on the Exchange server, and on one remote box, but doesn't on another. I can't find any discrepancy between MAPI CDO versions, don't see any outstanding perm issues, and auditing doesn't seem to reveal anything. It's probably

You should be able to add his mailbox to the reject messages from portion of the 'delivery restrictions' tab on the IMC, and it won't process messages for that person bound for the Internet. For inbound, removing the SMTP address should have done the trick. Kevin - Original Message
