Depending upon what you're trying to run, you might be able to make use of
Task Scheduler (or Schedule if your running NT4) to submit a job to run on
your server.
How do you find the machine that's affecting the rest of the

Have you had her try to log into her mailbox from a different machine and
perform the same steps? Maybe the profile is hosed.

I had encountered a client's mailbox which I believe had a corrupt Address
Cards View Setting.
The initial symptoms were that Outlook complained that it Could not access
the folder, when a client (Mrs-X) tried to view the contacts folder for
another mailbox to which she had been given
Does this happen when she replies to messages sent to her from those two
mailboxes?
