Missing INBOXES

We are using Exchange 5.5./sp/4. For some reason some users mailbox came up with no mail, once they are in Outlook 2000. I have did the Database clean up utilities for Exchange. Is there something else i can look at. Again nothing was deleted, for some reason they don't have thier mail in the

MailBox LIMIT PROBLEM

I HAVE SOME USERS THAT DON'T HAVE BARELY ANY MAIL IN THEIR INBOX, AND YET WHEN THEY TRY TO SEND IT GIVES THE A MAILBOX STORAGE ERROR, AND THEY CAN'T SEND. I HAVE CHECKED THE SERVER SIDE OF IT AND THIER ARE NO LIMITATIONS.I went to the mailbox resources and it read total k is 47,111. How can this

Email Accounts

Hi There is a problem where i am at of users can attach and read other users email. They don't have Domain Admin rights(some of them do as far as workgroup managers). Is there a way to fix this. Thanks _ List posting FAQ:

we are using exchange5.5., and they do not have service account rights and yes they can read everyones email, and they don't have user rights to other peoples mailbox. _ List posting FAQ:

Hi Well you was right , they did have site dervice permissions, come to find out some one has changed the rights a week ago, and used an administrative account and we found out who the administrator wa. Thank everyone for your feedback.

Calender and notifications

Hi I am trying to create a calender and add all users to it, so when there is a meeting the user or who ever is in charge of it can email everyone in the domain or specific users. Is there a way i can create this and when an email mail is sent to the users a reply would come back saying

Mailbox

THere are a few users here that get the error that they are exceeding their limit on the server, but they only have nine items in their mailbox. The mailbox limit used here is 32k. I looked on the server and it says that they have 34k, but their are only 9 items in thier mailbox which is 3k. any

The problem has been solved. The folders were hidden in Outlook Today and i have deleted them. Thanks to everyone that responded to help me out, i really appreciate it. _ List posting FAQ:
