Conference Server and ILS

I have e2k with conferencing server. I would like to setup an inhouse directory server for netmeeting to use for conferences. Does anyone know how I would go about this? I thought the conference server itself handled it, but so far I can't get it to be recognized

Ex2k Conference Server without a permenant AD structure. Let me explain.. We are unable to start our own Active Directory forest because we are waiting for the huge Siemens giant to awaken since we will inevitably be a part of their tree. Someone came up with the idea that we can start our own AD
