I am running exchange 5.5 with outlook 97 and 2000 as client. I have access to two mailboxes, my personal one and the other for support calls. I am trying to create a rule that will automatically forward mails with specific content addressed to the support mailbox to another mailbox or folder. It seems straight forward when I create the rule but it does not move such mails automatically except I select run now in the rule wizard before such mails are moved.
