We recently uupgraded the Service Pack level on our NT4 Exchange boxes to Sp6a (High Encryption). After this it was found that none of the Sp6 servers could make external RPC connections to any of the other Exchange Servers in the site, those on NT4 Sp6a and those still on NT4 Sp4. The NT4 Sp4 Exchange servers were all able to connect to the Sp6a Exchange servers. After many calls to Tech Support the only thing we could do to resolve the situation was rebuild the SP6a server back toi NT4Sp4 and re-install Exchange and carry out restores. Now we have our whole exchange site back on NT4Sp4 and everything is talking. Has anyone having gone through the process of Upgrading their NT4 boxes to SP6a pass on some tips on how we can achieve this successfully?
