Well, We finally called MS on our problem with OWA failing on our 2000 servers and having to reboot the system to get IIS restarted. Microsoft looked at the dumps and had us install the Exchange Server 5.5 Post-SP4 Outlook Web Access Fixes as stated in Q313576. The fix includes files:
