Installing XCH 5.5 on a 2000 Server

I was told this is possible. The server is a member server in a NT4 domain. I am logged on to the server with a domain account (Domain Admin privs) trying to install XCH. Get the error Must be a member of an NT domain . . . Ideas? Thanks! Chris
