I have seen this behavior with Outlook XP. When our Windows 2000 AD policy requires password change, Outlook XP flips out and starts prompting for password. It actually senses that a user's password is about to expire in a few days and starts harrassing the user. The users are forced then to

we're assuming a lot here with little information and perhaps pointing to the server as the problem isn't corrent. Have you witnessed this problem first hand? What OS is the user running? 9x? Delete the PWL file? When outlook prompts for a username and password does it also prompt for a domain?
