I'll search around for the old exchange client and give it a try.
If you have NT4 you may find it in \program files\windows messaging...

If you are running OWA for Exchange 5.5 below ex SP2, you should be able to
delete the calendar folder via OWA. Then login to the mailbox via normal
MAPI, and it will re-create.
