I would always prefer to do the service pack for Exchange after service pack
for NT. Get done with the O/S before you start installing the application.

SP6a (not really needed, but you can do it if you like)

Technically you should install the Option Pack before installing SP6. If you
do it your way, you should re-apply SP6 after installing the Option Pack.
