Early reports on the Post SP6a Security Roll up patch (SRP) said that
applying this patch to an OWA server broke OWA.

Have there been any more reports of this type of behavior?

Yeah, I know but Opt Pack requires SP3 to load and since it was a new
install I had already loaded SP6.
