Have installed about 4 so far, and have no issues with SP4 except on a
Compaq Proliant 3000... which I think may have just been the age of the
machine (Runnning SBS 2000, and lost it RAID config - backup was still
good, all is well)
Turns two services back on...
Portable Media Serial Number Service - Starts / Sets it to Manual
Automatic Updates - Starts / Sets it to Automatic
