What do you get if you do an NSlookup on the domain name in question?
I get a domain acknowledgement, but no IP addy info. Would seem to me that
they are not accepting reverse DNS queries from other mail servers, thereby
making it impossible for you to send them NDR's to their Spam.
Drop their
Ignore them. They'll eventually time out and disappear from the queues -
they're NDR messages. If you cannot cannot cannot make yourself ignore
them, whack 'em.
