What do you mean by grant visible rights on the username level? By going
to ADUC, select the Exchange Advanced tab, enter the sec'y in the mailbox
rights and give her the rights to read and change? Please be more
specific. Thanks.
Grant folder visible rights or greater on the Mailbox -- Username level.
