Clients need to successfully authenticate in order to be able to relay off
an E2K server. Are the OE/Netscape/Eudora clients set up to authenticate to
the server? Each user will need to have their domain/username and password
set up in their client.

They are setup to authenticate. When I setup the accounts
Leave POP3 out of it, it's an SMTP issue. Simplify the issue. SMTP is SMTP,
if they can send to a recipient in one location, but not another one has to
look at what is different. Since the mail is accepted by the Exchange server
and then rejected. Do you have them connecting to a different
the
outside tries and send to someone at this site. Users can receive mail ok
just can't send to the new server
