One of our users accidently deleted her Exchange 5.5 SP4 e-mail using a web
based POP3 client is there a way to retrieve these e-mail without having to
do a restore.

Have them forward them all back to her account?
OR, you possibly could retrieve them by using a client that has Recover
Deleted Items activated, because you certainly have Item Retension turned
on right?
