a second smtp and configured it on TCP port 26, now everything is working fine except when a user of server A send the message to server B user, the recipient received blank email. It works fine when I delete the second smtp and bring back the default smtp on its original configuration

No. Let me refresh the scenario again. I have configured default smtp virtual server to send all outbound mails on port TCP 26, I have created a second smtp and configured it on TCP port 26, now everything is working fine except when a user of server A send the message to server B user
