You didn't say what client. If it's Outlook 2000 or 2002, you could forward it as an iCal message. That way you don't need to worry about RTF. Exchange 5.5 SP4 I sent a meeting request to a user who works in a different company but using Exchange as well. The user received the meeting

Exchange 5.5 SP4 I sent a meeting request to a user who works in a different company but using Exchange as well. The user received the meeting request and opened it. It showed up just as a plain text message. The user was not able to accept or reject it. I thought it was something to do with
