Are you pinging with ip numbers? Have you tried pinging with fully qualified names to see if your DNS is returning the correct results? Or run NSLOOKUP and see what your DNS shows. Are your clients configured to connect through the DNS Name or the IP Address? IF DNS Name, reconfig one to point
