Have you tried checking his or her profile? Maybe the Logon Network

under the Advance tab of the user's profile, was set to None. Either that

the user's NT account is locked out.

along with MailSweeper for SMTP. I am particularly interested on
what your experiences are with AV signature updates for these AV
software when a new virus hits (of course those emails who avoid
