Call Microsoft PSS and Lotus Notes (IBM) to get the password(s) and or

Subject: Convert Lotus Notes Database to Exchange Server Database

My customer has decided to migrate their messaging system from Lotus Notes
on Windows NT 4.0 Server to Microsoft Exchange Server on Windows2000 Server
with Active Directory.

Currently, they have no IT staff in their company and the previous staff
administering and installing does not enough documentation about
configuration and administrative password of the server.

That's why I installed the MS Exchange2000 Server on a new domain on a new
forest as well.

It is impossible to migrate Lotus Notes database to Exchange Server one as I
have no privilege password of the NT Server Admin, does anyone can help me
how to convert the Lotus Notes database from PC client.

I want to download each users database to their local Lotus Notes client PC
and I will convert to .PST files.

Can you help me how to dowload the Lotus Notes database to local PC storage
(I have no knowledge about Lotus Notes at all) and what tools I can use to
convert it to .PST files (I think built-in tool on Microsoft OutLook does
not support this function).

Please help me...
