Hi, Exch 2k sp3 outlook 2k As per Ed's 'never restore' method, I have set up mailbox retention on my departing users. I gave permission to the admin account to access a users mailbox who has departed in order to check any emails. I have since deleted the mailbox and account within AD however I still have the mailbox showing under folder list for the admin account. I have removed it from the admin account properties > advanced tab under outlook so I am not sure why it would still be there. Has anyone got any ideas a) why it still may be there b) how to remove it from there? I'm thinking either stop/ start IS or recreate account/ mailbox.
