I already did that but new accounts still have a cc:mail address generated.
I am trying to delete from the admin:

Probably because you did a standard install, which includes the MSMail and
Lotus Notes Connectors.  You need to uninstall those, otherwise CCMail
addresses get generated automatically.  I believe it does this even if you
remove the CC Mail connector.  Just re-run the Exchange setup, and choose to
add/remove components.  Deselect the Lotus notes connector and that is it.
