This time I am helping a friend of mine. His Exchange 2000 server has been running fine until recently. Now he can'e receive mail from most places. He could not receive mail from my Exchange server for example. Or from Yahoo, AOL, etc. I narrowed it down to his virtual SMTP server. It does not
