Good afternoon, Outlook 98 NT 4.0 SP4
I was working with a user on an Outlook scheduling problem and after we had completed the rescheduling process I was curious of how other people were handling reschedules. Here is the scenario: User needed to reschedule a recurring meeting and the resource that the meeting was to be held was already occupied. The user removed the resource that was in use, and found another resource. Meeting was scheduled and the new resource accepted. The only problem that remains is that the original resource was left with a meeting but no one will be there. How do you handle this rescheduling issue? Thanks for your input.
