I've setup Rightfax from Captaris (formerly AVT) on several servers and its flawless (ok maybe not perfect but no one is) The Exchange gateway is fully integrated with AD and Exchange 2000. Its really nice and uses the MMC snapin as well so you can do all admin from one console.
