It depends on what you mean by connect. To put them in the same organization, there is no supported way. To link public folders and possibly free-busy data, you can try the Interorg tool. To share a common directory, there are a couple of methods, including the Compaq LDAP Directory Synchronization Utility, Microsoft Metadirectory Server or SimpleSync.

Is there any way to connect Exchange 5.5 which runs in a different Domain and Organization to join the Exchange 2000 Organization? Without re-installing of course.
