So, basically, they are attempting to convey they don't want any more of
your money? :P

For $1/mo I'd do it tomorrow for my garage client's 15 users.[1] That is,
if I could figure out how to do it (or if it's even available). :)

[1] Heck, I'd even pay for it myself.

Agreed on the PITA, hence why we're still using Ironmail. :/

E* plans include it.

I agree that I know nothing about the SMB plans.

My thinking was it was included w/O365 plans. I know it came with ours, but
I'm less familiar w/SMB plans. Sorry, and LOL at BING'ing. :)

That's actually what had me kinda confused. That page appears to be for
Exchange Online only, but contains a link to the O365 plans. Going there,
however, gives no information about EOP. Further Googling reveals no
information that I can find about EOP for anything but Exchange Online.
Perhaps I should be Binging instead?

Perhaps the protection features of EOP are already included in the O365 plans?
(A kid can dream, right?)

I don’t think that that is true. It’s per domain. Within “per-domain” you can
specify a list of valid email addresses. But it’s a PITA.

And then I read this:

"By default, EOP protects Microsoft Exchange Online cloud-hosted mailboxes."
