One of our users has the received the below bounce back. My question
is, this was in reply to an email our user had received from the
external party so I'm not sure how/why it would generate an
unrouteable address error? Can anyone explain why this might be?

I have confirmed all is correct for DNS. Also I can telnet to their
mail server and specify rcpt to: the same address and mail
I have an executive's assistant who is supposed to get meeting requests for the
exec. We recently outsourced Exchange and it used to work before the switch.
