We have been seeing a problem with sending faxes through Exchange. When a user sends a fax to 1(262)xxx- Exchange converts the (262) to a C destroying the fax number. MSKB article Q272714 addresses this, for Ex 5.5 sp3. We are at sp4. Has anyone seen this ? We are using Omtool's Fax Sr.

IS grabbing memory
