This seems to be a new set of analysis tools, got warnings like this for my own site too. I don't recall off-hand who has access to the account for the Google Webmaster stuff for managing www.exim.org; if there's anyone who wants to handle website stuff who doesn't have that access, but think you should, then drop a reply here and we'll look at getting that fixed.
