to say, the operation (including the autmount ;)) works like
a charm in other distros e.g. the Knoppix Linux-on-a-CD distro.

Thats not an issue you yave probably answered the question if you want to add
a filesizelimit for users with YES so go through the Interactive_Bastille
again and set it to NO.

Hi rpmdrake doesnt eject my cdrom anymore it asks for the apropriate one but
doesnt open the drive ... thats on my workstation.

That came to my mind too i did a gzip module.o
and placed it into the dir but after running depmod -a i got unresolved
symbols and after doing a modprobe pwcx.o.gz ... not found

Hi im having trouble with SNF it doesnt forward anything .
Licq dont work it times out after creating and opening local server (i
forwarded udp 4000 and tcp 2000-2020)
Unrealtournament: i get ping timeout when trying to get serverlist (i
forwarded udp 6-64000)
SNF doesnt forward anything
OK i really dont know any further
First of all licq doesnt still work
through the SNF Firewall , the icq
module is loaded by ipchains (or
bastille) the security is on medium the
configuration is on default (didnt
change after install) under linux licq
doesnt work at all under Win98 i can
the right
ports and the right way to forward those using SNF please tell me .

The other problem is xinetd it didnt work earlyer (at shutdow it said

I cant update for some reason with mandrake update.
I added a new source i took the one closest to me in finland out of the list
of updated sources and choose drakfont start the update and get an error
some errors where encountered while checking your wishes

the same crash when he tried to install mandrake over ftp as well. i guess
this must be a general ftp/pcmcia-network card problems.
is this a known issue and can i somethig against it? i'd love to try
mandrake once...
