My ADSL connection worked great with 8.2 installation... ...but I've just tested RC2 then RC3, and both don't make ADSL work... Have you tried to kill the shorewall firewall? I had the same problem, i got the IP and connection running but when i tried to connect via mozilla it didn't let me
