Solved that one, in the hylfax backend the pointer to the sendfax etc
was /usr/sbin not /usr/local/sbin

Hylafax works 100% from such as KDEprintfax and sendfax etc
CUPS works fine with my HPLJ2100
The CUPS web interface also works fine
